What is Tai Chi Chuan?

Tai chi is a form of Chinese martial arts, involving an often slow, self paced series of postures. Tai chi emphasizes concentration, breathing and relaxation. Practitioners are encouraged to keep their attention focused in the moment. This form of mental and physical exercise is a low impact option for people of all ages and level of fitness.
